Third Prof. N. R. Madhava Menon SAARCLAW Mooting Competition, Law Students Conference
The Third Prof. N. R. Madhava Menon SAARCLAW Mooting Competition, was held from 27th to 29th October, 2017 to select qualifying teams from India to participate in the SAARC Round. It saw an overwhelming participation from 40 teams across India representing national law universities, central and state universities and other leading law colleges in India.

The SAARC round of the Third Prof. N. R. Madhava Menon SAARCLAW Mooting Competition, was held from 16th to 18th February, 2018. 19 teams from leading universities from SAARC nations participated in the competition. The moot proposition was based on different aspects of international human rights law including, rights of indigenous tribal communities, right to self-determination and right of women. The final round was judged by five sitting judges of Apex Courts from SAARC nations. Research papers were submitted by the presenters on the theme 'Disaster Management: SAARC Cooperation'.
